1. Policy Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for services purchased from Spectrumcura (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our”). By making a purchase, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to this policy in its entirety. All terms are subject to the payment plan and any professional discounts applied at the time of purchase.
2. Definitions
- Assessment Plan: A one-time purchase of an online screening assessment, priced at ₹1,000 (all-inclusive, GST absorbed).
- Course/Program Fee: The fee paid for an extended course or therapy program.
- Discounted Course Fee: The base course fee after application of a valid 15% professional association discount.
- GST: Goods and Services Tax levied on the taxable value of the service at the applicable rate (15% with discount, 18% without).
3. General Refund Principles
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@spectrumcura.com.
- Refund eligibility and calculations are strictly determined by: (a) Date of Purchase, (b) Service Type, and (c) Payment Plan & Discount Status.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original source of payment within 10-15 business days of approval.
4. Refund Policy for Assessment Plan (₹1,000 - Inclusive of GST)
- Strictly No Refunds. Due to the immediate digital delivery of the assessment, the Assessment Plan fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- By purchasing the Assessment Plan, you forfeit any right to a refund.
5. Refund Policy for Course/Program Fee
The refund schedule for Course Fees differs based on the selected payment option and whether a professional discount was applied.
- Full Refund Period (Within 7 days of Date of Purchase):
- A 100% refund of the total amount paid is available if a written cancellation request is received within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- Condition: No course materials accessed, no sessions scheduled/attended, and no personalized service initiated.
- Post 7-Day Refund Period (After 7 days of Date of Purchase):
- No refund of the GST component will be provided, as this tax is settled with the government upon invoicing.
- A convenience/processing charge of 5% of the Paid Base Fee will be deducted.
- Refund Formula After 7 Days:
Refund Amount = (Total Amount Paid) - (GST Component) - (5% of Paid Base Fee)
- Non-Refundable After 14 Days:
- No refund requests will be entertained beyond 14 calendar days from the Date of Purchase under any circumstances.

6. Special Conditions for Two-Part Payments
- If a refund is requested after the first installment but before the second is due, the second installment will be canceled, and the refund will be calculated only on the first installment as per the table above.
- If both installments have been paid, the refund will be calculated on the total amount paid, following the per-installment logic.
7. Non-Refundable Items & Circumstances
The following are absolutely non-refundable:
- Assessment Plan fee (₹1,000).
- Any GST component once the 7-day full refund window has closed.
- Any convenience or processing charges (5% of paid base fee).
- Services that have been partially or fully accessed or utilized.
- The professional discount value is forfeited upon any refund; refunds are calculated on the actual discounted amount paid, not the original listed price.
8. Cancellation by Spectrumcura (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.
If the Company cancels a course before commencement, a full refundof all amounts paid (including GST) will be issued within 15 business days.

10. Acknowledgment
By proceeding with any purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy. You specifically acknowledge the non-refundable nature of the Assessment Plan and the strict, plan-specific conditions for Course Fee refunds.
This policy is effective from 1st April 2024 and supersedes all previous refund communications.
Spectrumcura (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend this policy at its discretion.
